[color=Magenta][size=5]2,把咸蛋打开,取咸蛋黄蒸熟,加一点.油,鸡粉,用汤匙压碎,压蓉(咸蛋黄很容易做啊~煮饭时饭熟了把咸蛋黄放个小碗焖一下,咸蛋黄就熟了,再加点油压蓉就可以了~~压成粉状)备用。[/size][/color]

取出虾线这道工序感觉楼主还是提醒很对的。因为我们一般吃海鲜的东西很少能想到要把那条黑线剥出来的。不知道是不是虾的消化系统。
